From director William Eubank comes the visually stunning space odyssey, LOVE, produced by the band Angels & Airwaves, who also wrote the original music.
The film revolves around astronaut Lee Miller (Gunner Wright, J Edgar) who becomes stranded in orbit aboard the International Space Station after losing contact with Earth. As time passes and life support systems dwindle, Lee battles to maintain his sanity - and simply stay alive. His world is a claustrophobic and lonely existence, until he makes a strange discovery aboard the ship.
Driven by the powerful music of Angels & Airwaves, LOVE explores the fundamental human need for connection and the limitless power of hope... A high-impact visual adventure that resonates a common truth, that everyone has a story to tell and something even greater to leave behind.
Angels & Airwaves is led by Blink 182 guitarist / vocalist Tom Delonge who said about the film, “Angels & Airwaves has aspired to merge the art of film and music together for some time, but in a way that represents who we are, and what we stand for. What we didn't know was how a few talented people could take a small idea and develop it into an odyssey. I'm so proud of the result. I personally don't know how the hell we pulled this off.”
It was pulled off through the creativity and resourcefulness of writer / director William Eubank, who built the space station and civil war set pieces himself on his parents’ ranch in the Santa Ynez Valley. LOVE is Eubank’s first feature film, for which he won best director at the 2011 Athens Int'l Film Festival

Venturesome indie sci-fi opus “Love” eschews monsters and laser guns for a more cerebral brand of futuristic adventure reminiscent of “2001”, “Solaris”, “Moon”, and the like. An impressive show of imagination and design scaled to modest production means..”
