We are proud to showcase our newest cinema, Palace Central, due to open on Thursday in Sydney’s Chippendale.

Palace Central will offer an unparalleled atmosphere to relax and unwind, with multiple bar and lounge areas to enjoy a pre-movie catch up or post-film debrief. Central’s menu offers a curated selection of fine wines, craft beers and classic cocktails to sit alongside a dashing food selection.

From our freshly toasted ciabatta’s and carefully considered cheese boards, to our delicious hand-made Connoisseur choc tops (salted caramel being the staff’s top pick), we’re confident you will find a sweet or savory treat to satisfy your cravings.

Palace Central will be home to multiple bar and lounge areas, including the Beer Hall, featuring a range of over 40 different international craft beers, as well as some local favourites. Central’s main bar will offer a selection of premium Australian and international wine options, don’t forget to check out the Wine Wall while you are there!
