What are these vouchers?

The NSW Governments ‘Dine & Discover’ vouchers are a new initiative designed to encourage the community to get out and about and support local businesses, currently rolling across all of NSW.

NSW residents aged 18 and over can apply for four x $25 vouchers, worth $100 in total. These vouchers can be used at Palace Cinemas!

For the best value, we recommend purchasing our special ‘Discover Combos’. However, Discover Vouchers can be used to purchase film tickets and Palace’s gourmet treats (excluding alcohol). Each voucher can only be used once (if the bill is less than $25, the remaining balance remains with the NSW Government and cannot be used).

Vouchers are valid 7 days a week, excluding public holidays. Expires June 30, 2022

How do I redeem the vouchers at Palace Cinemas?

Log in to the Service NSW App on your mobile device.
Select ‘Vouchers’.
Select the valid voucher you wish to use.
Present the voucher QR code to scan for payment at the box office.
Your device will show the voucher as being used.

Both printed and digital options can be scanned. Please note, vouchers cannot be used for online bookings. For more information visit Service NSW.

How do I apply for the vouchers?

Select the ‘Check your address’ button.
Enter your residential address to check when you can apply for vouchers.
If eligible, select ‘Apply online’.
Log in, or create, your MyServiceNSW Account.
Follow the prompts to apply for the vouchers.

If successful, you’ll:

find the vouchers under the ‘Vouchers’ section of the Service NSW App within an hour.
receive an email from Service NSW with the vouchers available to download and print.

Which Palace Cinemas can I visit?

The Dine & Discover Vouchers can be used at any NSW Palace Cinema location including:

Palace Norton Street (99 Norton Street, Leichhardt 2040)
Palace Central (Level 3, Central Park Mall, 28 Broadway, Chippendale 2008)
Palace Verona (17 Oxford Street, Paddington 2021)
The Chauvel Cinema (249 Oxford St, Paddington 2021)
Palace Byron Bay (108 Jonson St, Byron Bay 2481)

*Vouchers are strictly non-refundable. Combos limited to Discover Vouchers exclusively. Discover Ticket Combo Deal restricted to general sessions only, excludes Special Events, Film Festivals, Palace Platinum and Alternate Content. Discover Vouchers can be used for Palace Platinum or Film Festivals or any other ticket at their full retail price. Discover Vouchers can currently be used at Palace Cinemas for Ticket Purchases and Candy Bar Snacks. Dine Vouchers available soon for more premium cafe offerings.
