Intrepid Travel Prize Claim Terms & Conditions – 2025 Palace Film Festival, Scandinavian Film Festival Competition Voucher
1. The prize winner will receive an Intrepid voucher to the value of $5,000 AUD.
2. Prize can be redeemed on any Intrepid Travel small group adventure excluding;
Polar, Short Break Adventures, Urban Adventures, Private Groups (Tailor Made), Expeditions or Festival trips.
3. The winner may book friends or family on the same trip they are booking using the prize value.
4. All travel is subject to Intrepid Booking Condition which can be found at: https://www.intrepidtravel.com/au/booking-intrepid/booking-conditions. The winner will be required to agree to the current booking conditions at the time of booking including any applicable policies or waivers that are in place at the time.
5. The Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not exchangeable or transferrable, cannot be extended and cannot be taken as cash if the Prize is not fulfilled. The prize cannot be redeemed retroactively on a trip or service that has already been booked. If the winner does not redeem their voucher against a new booking by 30 August 2028, the Prize will be forfeited.
6. The Prize must be fully booked/redeemed by 30 August 2028, and travel must have commenced by December 15, 2028. The following blackout period applies 15 December 2025 – 15 January 2026, 15 December 2026 – 15 January 2027, 15 December 2027 – 15 January 2028 & 15 December 2028 – 15 January 2029.
7. The Prize is subject to availability at time of booking. A minimum of 4 travellers must be confirmed on the Intrepid trip for the for the prize winner booking to be confirmed on their requested date. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
8. This prize applies to the land element of trip only and cannot be redeemed against flights, accommodation, meals, domestic transfers, travel insurance, visas, single supplement payment, activities, spending money, local payments/kittys or anything else not covered by the itinerary.
9. Once booked, any changes made to the booking may incur a cancellation fee or amendment fee at the cost of the winner.
10. The winner must book the Intrepid prize directly with Intrepid at [email protected] and quote the winning promo code which will be sent to the winner.
