Audrey

AUDREY is a dark comedy about forgotten soap-star and self-appointed Mother of the Year, Ronnie Lipsick, who has spent the better part of her adult life shaping her doppelganger daughter, Audrey, into the star Ronnie always wanted to be. When, during an all too familiar mother-and-daughter argument, Audrey falls from the roof and lands in a coma; Ronnie, realising all their hopes and dreams are now under threat, decides to take action the only way she knows how and assumes Audrey’s identity to attend a much-lauded acting masterclass with the potential to launch Audrey’s career. AUDREY is the hilarious and very Australian comedy about a Mother-daughter relationship in the most dysfunctional way possible. Featuring a knockout cast including Jackie van Beek (THE OFFICE AUSTRALIA, THE BREAKER UPPERERS), Jeremy Lindsay Taylor (THE DRY), Josephine Blazier and Hannah Diviney.
