It Is Fine! EVERYTHING IS FINE goes into uncharted cinematic territory with screenwriter Steven C. Stewart starring in this semi-autobiographical tale about a man with cerebral palsy and of his desires for women with long hair, this filmexplores ideas of desire and lust that finally drive him to fantasise about crime and murder. The film contrasts his actuality with his interior fantasies, examining the relationship between both. With an exaggerated visual style and emphasis on the experimental the film explores filmmaking as a way in which to articulate fantasy.

What is it? Known for creating many memorable, incredibly quirky characters onscreen as an actor, Glover's first effort as a director will not disappoint fans of his offbeat sensibilities and eccentric taste. Largely cast with people living with Downs Syndrome, this film tells the story of a young man’s journey home. This journey is both literal and metaphysical and the film is broadly experimental in form. Drawing on parallels with earlier avant-garde cinema, the film uses dreamlike imagery to convey its story, as the hero both travels home and navigates his own dark psyche.
