GROUP BOOKINGS

GROUP BOOKINGS Bookings for corporate, social or fundraising events are available at all Victorian Palace Cinemas. Bookings are available seven days a week, excluding Public Holidays.
A minimum of 20 people is required to place a group booking.
The process is simple:
Select a cinema location
Select a film
Select a date and time
Select a catering package

Palace Cinemas offer a range of catering options to suit all tastes and budgets. Please see the link below for this season's catering menu.
Our locations feature fully licensed bars. Wine lists for each location are available by request to the Group Booking & Function Manager. Please note that groups cannot supply their own alcohol at licensed locations.

SESSION TIMES
Evening sessions usually start between 6.30-7pm and 9-9.30pm. These times may vary, depending on the length of the film.
Session times given at the time of booking are approximate. Exact session times will be confirmed on the Tuesday before the booking date, once cinema programming is complete.

EXCLUSIVE CINEMA HIRE & CORPORATE EVENTS
Cinemas can be hired exclusively for groups wanting to run presentations, product launches or simply provide their guests the luxury of a private screening. Exclusive cinema hire allows groups to conduct speeches and audio/visual presentations within the cinema, prior to their screening. Please contact the Group Booking and Function Manager to discuss your technical requirements.
TICKETS AND PAYMENT
Bookings can be made for an estimated number of guests initially. Payment and confirmation of final numbers are required approximately one week prior to your booking. The exact due date for payment will be advised on confirmation of your booking. Please note that ticket and catering payments are non-refundable.
Payment can be made in person at the box office of your chosen location by cash, cheque or credit card. Credit card phone payments are also accepted.
Tickets are provided on receipt of payment.
Additional tickets are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. If you wish to sell more tickets than your original allocation, please contact the Group Booking & Function Manager.
FILM LUNCHEONS Film luncheons are available at Balwyn, Dendy Brighton, Brighton Bay and Westgarth Cinemas.
Films commence at 11.00am and are followed by a seated luncheon (point sandwiches, cake and tea/coffee).
Tickets are $15.00 per person and bookings are essential. To request a program or to make a booking, please contact the cinema directly.
