But as soon as married couple Stephan and Elisabeth arrived in Lanzarote with new parents Thomas and Anna, new disputes begin to erupt in the Böttcher family. So, when Elisabeth and Thomas’ mother Dorothea announces that she and her adopted son René have married and want to have children, they can hardly believe it!
