A romantic comedy about first impressions and second chances, The Big Love Picture tells the story of Martín (Nicolás Furtado, Perdida) and Vera (Natalie Pérez), who have been together for seven years, since the filming of the short film where they met and fell in love. While she has managed to become a successful film and theatre actress, he has yet to make his mark as a film director.
Obsessed with success, Martín works day and night to carry out his project of filming a movie, without realising that he is paying less and less attention to their relationship. Vera tries to make him see it in different ways but to no avail.
Tired of always being second to Martin’s dreams, Vera proposes that they separate. Yet the disoriented Martín, who thought his relationship was secure, tries to do everything to recover Vera's love.
In this attempt to rekindle a flame that seemed extinguished, Martín and Vera gain a second chance for a first impression. Directed by Sebastián Mega Díaz, this boy-meets-girl comedy is a lovely tale of the reconstruction of love.
